The much anticipated Talents Day is round the corner. Note the details of the event and the auditions that will be held for selections.

Venue: Shaikh Rashid Auditorium

Categories are:

• Group Dance - Eastern
• Group Dance - Western
• A Short Skit (Comedy)
• Group Singing
• A Scene from Bollywood

Rules for Auditions

1. Group Dance - Eastern and Western

Auditions will be held in the college auditorium on April 20th between 11am to 1pm.

• Minimum four and maximum ten dancers can participate
• All dancers must be present for auditions
• Perform for two minutes on the day of the audition i.e. one stanza of a song
• Bring the CD during the audition

2. Group Singing

Auditions will be held on April 27th between 11am to 1pm in the room next to Mrs. Prasad's cabin on the ground floor.

• Minimum four participants and maximum eight
• Can be Western or Eastern or a fusion of both
• The group needs to sing at least one stanza of any song

3. Short Skit

Auditions will be held in the college auditorium on April 28th between 11am to 1pm.

• The skit should be a comedy
• It must not exceed seven minutes
• Minimum three participants and maximum eight
• For auditions, a small portion of the skit will need to be presented

4. A Scene from Bollywood

Auditions will be held in the room next to Mrs. Uma Prasad's room on the ground floor between 11am to 1pm.

• The group must perform any scene from the Bollywood movies. They will be marked on the props for the scene, costumes and the exact dialogues and styles of delivery of dialogues.
• Minimum two participants and maximum four
• A small portion of the scene must be performed for at least two minutes during the auditions
